Dr. Michael Agnini opened his first dental office, Agnini Family Dental, near Southgate shopping center, in Lakeland, Florida, in 1979. The office was relocated to the north end of town in 1993, on Lakeland Hills Blvd, across from Tiger Town. Dr. Mike and his wife Donna, who was his office manager and assistant, worked out of a small facility. In 1984, Craig and Lea Culver, along with Craig’s parents George and Ruth, opened the very first Culver's in the family’s beloved hometown of Sauk City, Wisconsin, and began serving ButterBurgers® and Frozen Custard.
